Stanley Jo
This month is my daughter's birthday. She will be 8!! She will always be my baby of course but with age comes height. While my daughter is small - wearing just size 6 right now, one of these days soon, she will need to stop modeling for me. :( I've been making smaller items lately and have been photographing them on my mannequin, Stanley Jo. There are benefits to this of course. Stanley Jo doesn't get tired and is available at any time of the day (say during school hours). Perhaps one day I will find a little model to model my items. For now, I enjoy my little-getting-bigger girl and my mannequin - Stanley Jo.

I missed it!
I've been contacted about listings that ended. Often I will put an ebay listing into my Etsy shop once the Ebay listing has ended. If you wanted to bid on an Ebay auction and missed it , you can always contact me or check my Etsy shop. Most times I move items over to Etsy.
However, if the Ebay listing sold and was a OOAK, it still won't be recreated and put in my Etsy shop. OOAK's remain OOAK's. OOAK? One Of A Kind - an item created with the intention of it being the only one. Sometimes this is due to the amount of fabric I have available or can acquire to make a specific item. "Sometimes" I can recreate something similar using different fabric, different design, different applique. It's always best to ask. :)
Other things to note:
I often do not recreate an item more than 2 times. This is for the same reason of fabric availability and so each item is unique. We love boutique custom because we know there won't be a ton of them out there. We LIKE to be unique - it's more fun. There are exceptions to this. If I have the fabric or can acquire more and you have 3 children you'd like to have wearing the same thing, it's always best to ask. I do take custom orders. Please remember that if fabric needs to be ordered, it will add to the creation time for your item.
Creation time is set at 2-3 weeks. This is the time I need to create your item BEFORE it ships. I draft patterns in your desired size, draw my own applique designs by hand, prepare and cut everything out myself. I have a family of my own with 2 active kids. When your item ships you will receive a shipping notice via Paypal. Orders are traditionally created in order paid and when I receive measurements. If you paid for your order but did not send me the required measurements, your order will wait until I have them. For my own daughter, I renew her measurements minimum of every 3 months. It's handy to keep these measurements up-to-date so you have them ready when you need them. Of course if you notice your child has gone through a growth spurt before it's time to update, go ahead and take new ones and send them along with your next order. I love to see measurements with EVERY order, even if the buyer ordered from me 2 weeks prior. Little ones grow so fast!
If you have any other questions or concerns about your order or my policies, please contact me. You can contact me through my Facebook Page.
Thank you so much to my wonderful customers!

The Hungry Caterpillar
I first read this book a couple months ago when we were walking around Kohl's and spotted the Caterpillar stuffie. The featured stuffies were all from Eric Carle books and since my daughter wanted the caterpillar, I had to buy the book too! It was then I decided to make a caterpillar dress. Such sweet and adorable prints!
I've listed this dress this week on ebay. Find it HERE. You will also find the matching hair bow by my very good friend, Ericka. It's so adorable! See photo below.

Here fishy fishy
I found these fabrics earlier this year and have been waiting and waiting to use them. This outfit has been a design long coming and I love how it turned out! Wonderful for summer and trips to the beach, it features the most adorable fish prints! Cap sleeps and a layered front are so sweet for little Princesses and the capri pants are so comfortable for summer days! This will be listing soon on ebay!
